    The room we stayed in was quite spacious, and it had a lovely

    Bathtub that was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The view was beautiful, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. We did encounter a few cleanliness issues that took away from the experience.

    Perfect setting, really excellent and cooperative staff.

    Location close enough to many attractions like Putrajaya and Cyberjaya, the nearest train station, Putrajaya Central, and the clinic for the other piece removed. Good sized rooms, very nice stay for 2 nights!

    The cyberview is a peaceful escape with spacious beautiful rooms and great water pressure. I loved the nearby in sembunyi spa and the chillax pool bar. The multiple pools gave us plenty of personal space to enjoy our time.

    Kids really enjoy the pool. Having 2 queen beds in the room also made our stay there comfortable. Choice of food for breakfast is good. We tried fishing and kids loved it. Very easy and quick to get a fish. Overall we liked it there.

    Not many thing can be done around cyberjaya. So just enjoy and relax in the resorts.

    The air-conditioning was horrible, I was sweating the whole night! I also had to call the reception multiple times before they finally sent someone to fix my bathtub, which took forever! I almost left a good review but just couldn't when I found no one caring about my comfort. Front desk should be more cute, unbelievable.

    The chalet was beautifully designed with dark wood accents and a four-poster bed.

    The breakfast buffet lacked variety and did not look very appealing, disappointing considering the overall quality of the accommodations.

    Best for family trip ,cooling, less congested peace of mind. Would suggest all staff to be more friendly such as greeting and be more friendly to guests.for comparison pls stay and dine at westin hotel kuala lumpur. Comparatively I would give u only 5 star and 9.5 star for westin K.l
