the cyberview is a peaceful escape with spacious deluxe rooms and great water pressure. i loved the nearby in sembunyi spa and the chillax pool bar for relaxing by the water. the multiple pools gave us plenty of personal space to enjoy our time.

the air-conditioning was absolutely horrible, I was sweating the whole night! I also had to call the reception multiple times before they finally sent someone to fix my bathtub, which took forever! I almost left a good review but just couldn’t when I found no one caring about my comfort. Front desk should be more welcoming, unbelievable.

The check-in process was a bit sluggish, taking around 20 minutes for just my party, which felt unnecessary. The Italian restaurant was a letdown, with subpar food that didn’t match the prices—my pomodoro dish resembled something from a convenience store. I encountered some issues with hot water and air conditioning in my family’s room on the first night, making for an uncomfortable experience before it was resolved the next day.
